I work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, with a degree in Holistic Somatic Counseling.
Currently, I offer virtual TRE sessions for people who are interested in gentle bodywork. I balance consistent structure with a client-centered approach.

I practice and teach TRE because of its gentle power to ground, and to slowly build a safe connection with your body. Both physical and emotional stress can affect our bodies, and TRE can be a gentle way to release this stress. Boundaries, self-awareness, and even joy & coziness can be discovered and strengthened this way.

The safety and balance that TRE can bring, sparks my passion in making space for others to experience this healing modality. There is room for your unique experience.
