Healing requires more than just insight—it must also include the body. As a certified practitioner of TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), I help my fellow humans release stress and trauma stored in the body, facilitating a natural process of restoration and resilience. This somatic practice is an essential component of true healing, allowing the body to let go of what the mind cant.
In addition to TRE®, I integrate modalities like Human Design, Quantum Human Design, the Gene Keys, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and intuitive coaching to provide a holistic path to growth and self-discovery. This combined approach helps clients uncover their unique essence, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner strength.
By weaving together somatic and self-awareness practices, I create a space for profound transformation that hors the complexity of the human experience, empowering clients to navigate life with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
