My aim is to assist individuals to take care of their nervous system and overall well being by providing a self empowering somatic modality called TRE (Trauma & Tension Release Exercises).

If you are looking to release tension/stress/anxiety and would like a natural means to do so, than TRE may be right for you. TRE allows us to tap into our nervous system so that it can down-regulate and come out of fight, flight or freeze mode.

I also offer Reiki energy session for stress reduction, relaxation, and promotion of healing.​

For me at the core of healing is awareness, in which organic movement such as intuitive stretching and neurogenic tremors takes place, releasing that which longer serves and simultaneously expanding into deeper awareness.

In facilitating TRE or Reiki sessions, I come from a place of awareness, intuition, compassion and service to each individual"s greater good.
