Flora Eszter Sarlos

Flora is a certified TRE® provider, as well as a Hatha and Women’s Yoga teacher. She has been working in the educational and art sector (contemporary dance and body awareness) for the last 15 years. She is a facilitator of stress release using embodied methods (TRE, yoga, dance, breathing). She has a special focus on working with women and mothers, as well as with professional performing artists. She regularly holds classes and workshops online, in Austria and in Hungary.
