Fabricio Carrizales

Fabricio is the founder of Auyantitude. He is a Certified TRE® Provider via the Belgian Bioenergy School Somabpsy.. He is a Mindfulness Instructor (University of Massachusetts’ Center for Mindfulness). He is Life Coach (BAO Elan Vital Institute) and a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner and practices the Integrative Somatic Coaching. He combines classic conversational coaching modalities (TA, NLP, NVC, etc.) with unconventional body-centred techniques (soma) to harness the subconscious (subcortical), nervous system and natural healing power of the body to achieve real deep and lasting results and for a real transformation. These somatic techniques are based on the latest advances in the neurophysiology of stress and trauma which are based on the modern understanding of the Automic Nervous System (ANS).

He organizes resilience and stress releasing workshops, programmes for group and individuals where he combines psycho-neurophysiological education and experiential modalities that include TRE®, mindfulness, somatic tools and coaching will allow clients to learn to their own resilience to better cope with stress, insomnia, anxiety and chronic pain. Hence, they will be able to discover the wisdom and healing power of their own body and mind
