Dedicated for about two decades to promote self-growth through supporting human processes. Holding the space for both individuals and groups across cultures and countries. Intersecting the fields of Somatic, Trauma, and Attachment Therapy.
Strongly influenced by a phemelogical approach to Humanistic and Somatic Psychology, Mind-Body Therapy, Vipassana Meditation and Breath work.
To bring awareness to every aspect of our experience, developing emotional balance, compassionate relationships and, most of all, instilling resilience by being able to responsibly hold ourselves through our processes in the mental, emotional and physical fields, is the core of my practice.
