Eduardo Silva Montaño

Since I was a child I always felt the need to help others, however my understanding of life made me deviate from that path and dedicate myself to green energy projects and entrepreneurship. Eventually, I discovered myself to be a person without a passion and disconnected from life. It was then that I made the decision to turn inward through meditation and body psychotherapy. This led me to become a Core Energetics Practitioner. I currently facilitate breathwork seminars in Mexico, where I mix transpersonal psychotherapy with Mesoamerican elements such as the sonaja, fire, and drums. I also provide individual somatic therapy sessions using Core Energetics, Bioenergetics, BioSpiritual Focusing, Gestalt, and breathing and meditation techniques. My passion and interest in psychedelics and PTSD, as well as my personal and work experience with body psychotherapies, are what have inspired me to become a Certified Trauma Release Exercise Provider
