My name is Dr. Beth Dietrich, I am a certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS) as well as a 500-hour certified yoga instructor. I am currently employed full-time as a Recreation Therapist specializing in mental health and substance abuse. In addition, I am a faculty associate at Arizona State University within the field of recreational therapy.

I offer a TRE/Yoga combo class weekly at True Hot Yoga as well as individual/private sessions.
