I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher for over 25 years, also teaching mepause yoga.
I have practiced vipassana meditation for over 28 years.
I am a Reiki healer and Master and have worked with this energy for 30 years.
I am a crystal healer, with over 20 years experience.
I am also a trained reflexologist.
I have a background of working with asylum seekers and refugees and have seen how the effects of extreme trauma present in people.
When I learned TRE, I was amazed by its simplicity and the profound effect it had on me. TRE helped me to cope with a year when I lost both my parents as well as my long term job. TRE also solved an ongoing shoulder injury.
I specialise in working with grief and loss, general stress, injury related to stress, mepause and perimepause issues. I have worked with people with neurodiversity, ADHD, CFS, PTSD and anxiety, with incredible results.
I believe that TRE is an incredible tool to have in your toolbox and its simplicity, accessibility and far reaching effects will enable many people to self heal and live their lives better, more happy and more harmoniously with others.
