I am a Psychotherapist living in Bali working in the areas of: trauma, grief, personal development, the Enneagram, alcohol and substance use, anxiety and depression and communication skills.
I am also using Focusing as a technique and am completing my training to be a Focusing trainer. TRE can be used an an adjunct for many of these modalities for relieving stress and trauma and experiencing grounding in the body and a relaxed and regulated nervous system with all the benefits that brings.
