I am a person that is passionate about personal development. Professionally I carry out my activity in the field of personal development as a therapist and coach / counselor.
My approach in therapy is holistic and is based on training in integrative psychotherapy, integrative NLP, theta healing therapy, personal development counseling, vocational counseling, my professional experience and I am also licensed in the socio-psycho-pedagogical profile.
I have been working for over 20 years with people who have encountered various difficulties, both physical and psycho-social-emotional. In the therapeutic approach, I consider the human being as a unitary whole (body-mind-soul), and T.R.E. came as a natural addition to the puzzle. T.R.E. for me is an important tool of self-regulation, of returning the body to the state of homeostasis, of harmony from the inside to outside. Practicing the vibration mechanism represents for me a method of connecting with my body, my sensations, emotions and mainly, I ticed a connection with the authentic part of me beyond the fears, pleasures and patterns of the mind.
