For the past 15 years, being a professional body worker has lead me step by step down a path of healing for myself and supporting others. My deep belief is that healing is our birthright. The body is designed to resolve pain and trauma, but sometimes needs support and help to do so. When care is given without judgment, it allows the body's inner healing mechanisms to re-activate. When we soothe our alert status inside, we fertilize the growth of resilience and inner strength.
