With over 30 years in healthcare, I started my career as a registered nurse but soon realised that modern medicine often treats symptoms without addressing the root cause. This led me to explore natural therapies, and over 20 years ago, I qualified as a chiropractor. Along the way, I discovered yoga as a powerful tool for well-being, which inspired me to become a yoga teacher. My dedication to continuous learning also drove me to train as a Cranio-Sacral Therapist and, more recently, as a TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on prevention and addressing the root causes of health issues. My personal journey into fasting has led me to facilitate Water-Only Fasting Retreats. These nature-based retreats offer a space for deep healing and rejuvenation, allowing individuals to physically and emotionally transform. My goal is to empower people to unlock their body’s natural ability to heal, fostering lasting wellness from within.
