Cheryl Rodriguez

A passionate sound healing practitioner who discovered the power of sound-healing after an unexpected surgery, Cheryl Rodriguez has since realised that the surgery experience also triggered trauma. During the pandemic, she found TRE online and thereafter began studying towards certification in order to share TRE with others.

As part of giving back to the community, Cheryl plans to offer TRE sessions to communities in need in Hong Kong and beyond.

Embracing her love of nature and stillness, she creates a sense of peace through sound, water, breath and movement and TRE, with a mindful, nurturing and compassionate approach.
