Charan has many years of professional dance experience as a performer, teacher, choreographer, martial artist and facilitator. He has practised Meditation and Yoga since a teenager. Charan is Nepalese and w lives in Edinburgh.

As a bodyworker he has always been curious about the body, and came across TRE in 2016.

He has been teaching TRE to school teachers in South and rth Lanarkshire, and holding individual and community group sessions in Edinburgh, sometimes combined with dance. He has taught groups throughout Nepal. As a bodyworker, he is fascinated to observe this natural tremoring within the body.
