I am a Certified Resilience Toolkit Facilitator and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider. I am also the creator of the Building Resilience Through Play® Programme and work with ages 5- 95.

I was trained in the fields of Theatre and Photography. I still enjoy thinking in arts, coming from the arts, and creating my own stories.
I write, study, facilitate, and create both in and Turkish in my mother tongue.
