Celeste Ametrine

Life changed when Celeste walked in front of an automobile traveling at 30 mph.

Traumatized, she journeyed to heal deep emotional, mental and severe physical pain. Desire to have her life back led her from Hawaii to the Himalayas, from Thailand to Mt. Shasta, Sedona to Peru, until Asheville called her home.

Her breakthrough came in the form of Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. Celeste’s excitement for what she experienced with TRE decided her path of becoming a Certified TRE Provider. Her results: less pain, better balance and coordination, self-empowerment, and feeling safe and comfortable in her body. Witnessing her body's ability to heal itself has made Celeste a dedicated advocate of this work. She is eager to introduce you to TRE – and your own self-empowered healing.
