Catalin Racoreanu

Catalin Racoreanu (Cat) has been working with the human body, as a personal trainer, for over 16 years . He took his study and kwledge further by looking at the way traumas we experienced throughout our lives but especially during childhood have an impact on the body but also on the mind.
Cat has helped people all around the world release trauma by working with the mind through mindfulness and meditation; with the breath through diaphragmatic connected breathing and with the body through TRE.
Cat lives in the UK and he's conducting his work as a Breathwork Facilitator, Certified TRE Provider, Mediation Guide, Shamanic Practitioner and Fitness Personal Trainer.
His services are available in person in the Dorset county of United Kingdom (England, Great Britain) and also online.
