Carolyn Hapgood

Carolyn is a Canadian Certified Counselor, specializing in trauma and emotional regulation. She is also an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and a Reiki Master. Carolyn is also Certified in Neurogenic Yoga. She uses these modalities, along with 25 years experience in the counseling field, to assist in helping others towards wellness. She operates out of her own private practice clinic called Potentiality - A Wellness Company.
