Carolanne Hall Depeyre

Originally from Scotland and w living in Seville in Spain, I have been fortunate to travel and integrate with many different cultures over the last two decades. The frequent movement has brought challenges too which I have learned to cope with along the way. As a result, my life completely collapsed due to burut and a debilitating chronic fatigue syndrome diagsis. I had to rebuild myself and change my life to enrich my health and well-being.

TRE has helped me recover and rise from burut and CFS and has strengthened my ability to self-regulate, ground and feel safe in my body. I am w more in tune with my body and can easily tice signs of disconnection or overwhelm. I am passionate about holding a safe and nurturing space for clients so deep and natural healing can occur. I bring life skills, mindful self-compassion, Breathwork, and grounding techniques to my sessions.
