I believe in the power of the body as a tool for self-kwledge, healing, and evolution, and that was my greatest motivation for becoming an Integrative Therapist, working with tools that promote the integral healing of the Being, while maintaining the supremacy of the connection between Body, Mind and Spirit.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Floral Therapist (Bach Flowers), Shiatsu Massage Therapist and TRE® (Trauma, Tension Releasing Exercises) Provider.
