Carina Lun

Carina has over 2 decades of experience in healthcare. She is an integrative Physiotherapist/ Health Coach, with a background in Chinese medicine and nutritional sciences. Her journey with TRE began in 2016, as one of the tools she picked up for healing her childhood trauma. Since then, she practices TRE daily and is still amazed by its benefits everyday!

Clinically, Carina observes that psychosomatic dysfunction is often the hidden cause of physical pain and injuries, and TRE is useful in alleviating many ailments by regulating our neurobiology. She finds TRE a great tool in health and wellness coaching too, helping her clients make better decisions, and unleash full potential in their lives.

You'll often find Carina integrating TRE into her health education programmes, because thing beats TRE when it comes to efficient stress relief! BTW, Carina is also trained in Somatic EMDR.
