I'm a meditator and yoga practitioner. TRE helps to heal my inner wounds, mental health issues and psychosomatic disorders. This self-healing method enables me to see further into my inner self, guides me in accepting myself and others, releasing the trapped emotions from the body without the need to tell anyone, effortlessly without medication, we just need to persevere.
