Diagsed at 23 yrs old with Rheumatoid arthritis, Bryan has spent most of his life living in severe, debilitating physical and emotional pain. For over 20 years he suffered from intense daily pain that made it difficult to walk, sleep and take care of his basic needs. Integrating TRE® with other modalities, Bryan built an entirely new relationship with himself, which led to a whole new life of possibilities. At 50, Bryan is living his best life and is excited for what’s to come. He enjoys a lot of physical activities such as mountain biking, racing go-karts, hiking, yoga, and more. All of which were impossible for many years.
