Brian Crosier

My experience is grounded in my training as a Doctor of Physiotherapy. I have practiced in a wide range of settings for 10 years with specific advanced training in manual therapies and functional movement progression from a neurodevelopment approach. My clients have been my greatest teachers as thousands of them have demonstrated how the body holds patterns of tension beyond simply the physical. My practice has expanded powerfully by combining TRE and Physiotherapy. I think that lasting healing happens in a social environment that is safe, where the body, mind and spirit can be free. This state of harmony allows us to be fully ourselves. I am convinced this is what the world needs most… you. The whole you, real you. I believe that together we can learn to find a safe place again within ourselves, without defense. A place of wisdom that is the be trusted. Through Physiotherapy and TRE, we can start to sense our own boundaries and use our internal compass as a guide. I believe anyone can come to a place of empowerment in their own bodies and lives. It is the hor of my life to walk with people along this journey. My clinical practice in the United States has shifted to include more international Humanitarian work in recent years by assisting TRE HSA in bringing TRE to Nepal and Vietnam.
