Brenda McBride

Brenda McBride is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of mental health experience. She is also a Licensed Brain Gym Instructor, Registered Parent Educator, and trained in EMDR. Brenda specializes in the treatment of trauma and believes that connection, felt-safety, and mind/body/spirit interventions are integral ingredients in providing lasting healing. She utilizes TRE as a tool to help others self-regulate themselves and promote greater resilience and open the space for joy.
