I am a licensed Psychotherapist with 30+ years of clinical experience and training in body based modalities, including Bioenergetics. I am certified as an advanced Practitioner of TRE and I appreciate being able to offer my clients this dynamic and effective approach to healing. I incorporate TRE in my work with clients across a wide spectrum of issues from stress of daily living to healing childhood trauma.
