Seit 2002 begleite ich Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Gleichgewicht, Gesundheit und Lebensfreude. Schwerpunkte der gemeinsamen Arbeit sind dabei der Bewegungsapparat (Spannung/Entspannung/Flexibilität), Entgiften/Entschlacken & Darmreinigung (Altes, nicht mehr Benötigtes loslassen), und die Verbindung und Kommunikation zwischen ihnen und Ihrem Körper (Embodiment/Selbst- und Urvertrauen/Glaubenssätze).

Since 2002 I accompany people on their way to more balance, health and joy of life. The focus of our work together is on the musculoskeletal system (tension/relaxation/flexibility), detoxing/relaxing & intestinal cleansing (letting go of old, longer needed things), and the connection and communication between you and your body (embodiment/self and primal trust/beliefs).
