Ashke Zinctala

Ashke is a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Bach Flower Essences Practitioner, Certified Trauma Informed Practitioner, Certified TRE® Provider, and Educator. She offers TRE only sessions as well as the option to incorporate full therapeutic work (nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine, and lifestyle) into your sessions together. Her therapeutic practice is named Maka Pejuta, which means Earth Medicine in the Lakota language, reflecting the foundation for her work with clients. She is a descendent of the Oglala and Sicangu Lakota Sioux, and hopes to carry on the legacy and traditions of her ancestors with her work.
