I started my working career as a physical and oedema therapist. During my work, I discovered I was trained to only treat people for physical problems. I realised I needed more kwledge of how body and mind wrok together, how they need to be integrated. Therefore I became a craniosacral therapist aswell, bringing body and mind together in my treatments. After an introduction to TRE, I realised this is a powerful tool tot each people how they can release tension themselves. In that way we can empower them so they do t become dependant on health care professionals.
