Hello! As a licensed trauma-informed psychotherapist, my work focuses on supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and neurodivergent identifying individuals. With specialized training, I have had the opportunity to work with teachers, active first responders, retired military, and medical personnel. In addition to psychotherapy, my services include psychedelic preparation/integration and energy restoration guidance. Experience in facilitating TRE extends to groups such as retired Navy SEALs, individuals who are legally blind or have low vision, therapists, families, and couples. Classes can be designed to meet specific needs or areas of interest.

I can offer TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) as a stand alone service or as part of your ongoing therapy and integration process.
