I have experienced TRE as the missing link between the connection with the body and the mind. Clinicians and healers can talk about this connection and yet still be cut off from their own bodies due to their own untreated trauma. TRE heals the healers and heals the traumatized, matter the background or ethnicity. TRE integrates all parts of the healing process without the necessity of language or expensive tools. My goal is to help clients, clinicians, and lay people from all backgrounds and parts of the world, to integrate their minds and bodies, which is their birthright.

In my work in private practice, I use a combination of TRE, light work (Emotional Transformation Therapy), mindfulness and psychotherapy. The combination of these tools helps people to free themselves from painful, repetitive emotional patterns. It is a great joy to watch people heal and grow in their lives. TRE is an integral part of this process and I am hored to be able to teach it to others.
