Alison Olt Kerr, ND, RYT500

I’m Alison Olt Kerr ND, RYT (she/her) and I wear many hats, including mother, military spouse, daughter, nature-lover, naturopath, yoga enthusiast, and writer. I graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in 2001 and w have 14 years of clinical experience as a licensed ND in Washington. For over 30 years, yoga practice has been part of my life, and I currently hold an RYT-500 hour yoga teacher certification, with advanced dual certification in Neurogenic Yoga and Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE).
