I am in awe of TRE’s ability to support anyone and everyone on their own unique health journey. TRE has transformed my health and wellbeing and I love sharing the wonders of TRE with others.
A little about my background may help you decide if I am the TRE Provider for you. After a career in Investment Banking I moved to the charity then private sector to support wellbeing in schools and companies. Many years trying to let my head rule the show did t sit well with my body which gave numerous and repeated signs that I was holding on to stress, tension and trauma. Increasingly fascinated by the understood and misunderstood links between brain and body, and frustrated by the unhelpful separation of mental and physical health, I have spent the past two decades researching the latest science on brain and body health. I have trained in counselling, reiki, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga. IFS and, of course, TRE. I am currently studying for a Diploma in Grief & Bereavement.
