Alison Crowley

Alison Crowley (C-IAYT) is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and specializes in yoga and mind/body work for people with cancer. She co-created, developed, and teaches yoga therapy programs for Cedars-Sinai’s; Tower Hematology Oncology, the Brandman Breast Center, Samuel Oschin’s Comprehensive Cancer Institute, and at Tower Cancer Research Foundation.

Alison is grateful to use TRE in her teaching to support stress relief and offer a profound sense of relaxation to those with a cancer diagsis. Also to anyone looking to relieve tension and trauma in their lives.
