Alice Roorda, Child and Adolescent Psychologist MSc, Certified TRE® Provider

Alice Roorda is a Dutch licensed Child and Adolescent Psychologist and Certified TRE® Provider who worked in Africa, Middle East and Europe for the last 17 years in the humanitarian and mental health sector.

Recently, she moved to Athens with her family, where she provides tension & trauma releasing exercises workshops for the refugee/migrant and local community. She also gives lectures and workshops on tension release to the humanitarian community.

In her work she focusses on better understanding and resolving of the underlying cause of many psychosomatic complaints and mental health issues related to tension and trauma.

Her sincere way of working gives people the safety they need to release tension in a self-controlled and gradual manner. People coming to her workshops have mentioned to feel calmer, released of anxiety or anger, feel less pain and are more social.
