Aleksandra Majkrzak

I am a bodywork therapist with education in biodynamic rebalancing bodywork and myofascial therapies. After years of dedicated practice, I’ve developed my own massage technique. My work combines fascial massage, breath education, and boundary awareness, creating spaciousness and guiding clients back to their inner core for deep, lasting transformation, using their own body as the most valuable tool.

As a TRE® practitioner trained under Deborah Brown, I deeply value TRE® for its profound ability to release stored tension and reconnect the body and mind. It has enriched both my personal growth and professional practice, and I’m passionate about sharing its transformative potential with others.
