Hi, my name is Aisha and I get the joy and privilege of accompanying people on their personal journey to wellbeing. Trained as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher with a background in various embodied practices, I support clients to find their way to more vitality and authenticity, deeper curiosity and compassion, an integrated balance of strength and ease, and a kinder way of relating to themselves and others.
