Bodywork is an excellent tool that provides an alternative means to find relief from stress, tension and chronic or acute pain. From my first experience of Ortho-Bionomy® work on my knee with osteoarthritis I knew I had to learn this work and I haven't looked back since. It is a gentle but powerful modality. My goal in practice is to provide a safe environment for clients to address discomfort or tension within my scope of practice .Underpinning my work are the beliefs that I work with my clients and their bodies rather than ON them, and much of my work is to educate my clients to empower them to make choices that will improve their health.
