I have been a Physical Therapist for 32 years now. My deep passion is to help people resolve their chronic pain and lead them on the path to a healthy and functional lifestyle. We specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release to help the system to release long standing tension, fascial restrictions and subconscious holding pattern.

My big joy is also to educate my patients about the crucial and important breath work, and to design a comprehensive program for the recovery, healing and full functional living. I combine strength, and flexibility program with a strong emphasize on realigning the mind and the energy system for a healing, function and joyful living.

I am also a Certified Body Awake Yoga Teacher leading my clients to a full healthy lifestyle with well design Yoga sequence that could be delivered individually or in groups. Convenient Zoom Body Awake Yoga Sessions are available that are strongly grounded in John Barnes Myofascial Release Principals.
