Welcome! I’m Jessica. I’ve been on a lifelong journey to get my body out of pain. I have had several whiplash injuries, broken bones, trauma & assault, chronic neck, shoulder & back pain. . . I know what it’s like to no longer have joy in your life because pain has sucked all your energy. I also know MFR has changed my life and I believe it can help you, too. I know that pain isn’t always just physical and that some injuries often have an emotional undercurrent. Our bodies keep score. I am also a trauma-informed Reiki Master, polarity practitioner & trained in Integrated Energy Therapy.

My mission at Transform Myofascial Release, LLC is to help people transform their lives. I holistically support and empower my patients to get out of pain so they can achieve greater health, happiness, and wellbeing. I blend my intuition and energy practices with my knowledge of anatomy, injury and the fascia to provide a comprehensive emotional & physical healing experience.
