I graduated from Lancaster School of Massage in 2001 and began studying Myofascial Release Therapy with John Barnes in 2003. After my first seminar I returned home and immediately introduced this therapy to my clients. There was no turning back and I continue to study with John. This bodywork has enhanced the lives of my massage clients and yoga students. Please feel free to visit my website and read the many testimonials. It's not just the work I do on the table, I educate each client about posture, self treatment technics and ways they can get back on track whether their pain is acute or chronic.
