She discovered this work in a brochure at work & by the time she finished reading knew that it would help the intense and agonizing pain she had been in for the last year and a half. After 20-30 minutes the severe pain, (she had gotten 10 cortisol shots that year alone), ? had dissipated so much she barely believed it...Fast forward 2 years and the relief is still better than any of the cortisone injections, not to mention longer lasting. Without the disfiguring side effects!! How could the pain be 80-90% gone in less than an hour? Relieve the 2000 lbs of restriction on those sensitive areas by having the John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach done. Given the right tools her body was finally able to heal. She desired more and is continuing her MFR education as often as she can.
