My name is Emily Chiado. I am a licensed massage therapist turned MFR therapist. MFR has changed my life, I’m so thankful for MFR in my own healing journey. It has helped me learn to feel all the feelings I have learned to shove down. It has helped me process & let go of past trauma, learning to trust my intuition again & take my power back.

I’m excited to bring this to my community & help others take back their power, learn to trust themselves again & feel into healing.

When I was about 16years old, I had a trauma that I didn’t know how to feel, how to deal with. I had no tools. So I went to the lake, climbed to the top of the dock gate & jumped in feet first. I didn’t test the waters, I had so much adrenaline, I didn’t really feel it. The water was about up to the middle of my calves when I stood up. Not smart, & has been a theme for my life. I am willing to jump both feet 1st & go all the way with MFR!
