Cindy was introduced to John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release (JFB MFR) in 2005 when she was searching for relief from chronic nagging neck pain, back pain, and limited range of motion in her left shoulder and hip. Her own improvement in pain relief and movement inspired her to obtain a license in massage therapy in order to study with John F. Barnes, PT, and learn this marvelous healing therapeutic art. Cindy's specialty is John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release. She also provides instruction for self-care. Cindy's passion is bringing hope to people! Pain and stress can be relieved with JFB MFR.
