I have been a massage therapist since 2007, practicing JFB Myofascial Release exclusively since 2012.



After my first seminar, I knew this work was remarkable, I knew this was going to change me both personally and professionally- and it has deeply.



Shortly after my first seminar, I began receiving treatment and I felt as though I was transforming. I began introducing MFR to clients and the results they were experiencing were drastic compared to the massage treatments. This led me to continue pursuing classes and treatment.



I had never struggled with major health concerns, I had neck/back pain, headaches, and some kidney issues. After a few treatments, these all cleared up along with the ability to face fears, open my heart and truly embrace life.



I look forward to continuing my healing journey and helping others on theirs.
