Life happens! Unfortunately, we unconsciously hold on to those stresses and traumas of life. That unconscious "holding" creates restrictions in our bodies and fascial system. The resulting restrictions manifest in a myriad of ways including pain, coping mechanisms and general dis-ease. I facilitate with you to remove myofascial restrictions and unwind the barriers to becoming healthy. I take an intuitive approach. My background and training is diverse including massage/aquatic therapy, sports/injury rehabilitation, myofascial release (MFR), and various forms of energy therapies. We will develop a personalized, custom plan toward living your unlimited potential. I recently became an in network provider through the Optum Network with the Veteran's Administration for prior service members. I provide care in three ways. As a "point of service" provider, I come to you! You receive treatment in familiar surroundings. Your self care is tailored to your environment. Rather than getting in a car to leave an office, you have the ability to continue treatment or rest, moving along the remainder of your day at your pace. I have a convenient location at 1017 W.
