Specializing in Myofascial Release and Energy Medicine, Pam Friedman helps people leave their pain and trauma behind. Her clients experience an increase in flexibility, improved sports performance, and enjoy life once again.
Pam also brings with her experience with and broad knowledge of various equine breeds, types, and riding disciplines as well as an understanding of equine anatomy and gait analysis. Her equine clients, through Energy Medicine and Myofascial Release, have overcome chronic lameness, behavioral issues, performance demands, and have recovered from abuse and trauma.
A graduate of Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health in Atlanta, Georgia, Pam also holds an engineering degree from Berry College. While bodywork may seem like a long jump from engineering, it allows her to combine her sense of structure with her knowledge of the human and equine bodies; add to that her certification in both NeuroMuscular Therapy and Energy Medicine and you have a recipe for a well-rounded and highly intuitive perspective of how both the horse and human is created. She is also certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and holds massage therapy licenses in both Georgia and Colorado. She has worked in a successful private practice for over 10 years.
When not working on people or horses, Pam is pursuing a lifelong passion for equestrian sports. Pam grew up in sultry Georgia showing Appaloosa horses, and now enjoys dressage with a very goofy Warmblood who, upon being rescued 11 years ago, was personally responsible for her pursuit of an education in equine bodywork. Pam now resides and works in the much more agreeable climate of Boulder, Colorado.
