I began Study in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2002. I was certified in Acupuncture in 2006 with 4000 hours of training. I went to Massage Therapy School in 2008. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist #2855 in the State of Alabama. I have over 200 hours of training in Myofascial Release John F. Barnes Approach. I came to practice JFBMFR through personal challenges of my own. Pervasive Arthritis and Fibromyalgia (Yes, I'm a man and I had Fibromyalgia). I have practiced Yoga since 1979.
