I met John Barnes with 25 years of experience in the Healing Arts and Transformational Therapies. I came home from my first MFR course in 2008, and shifted my private practice to solely John Barnes' Myofascial Release that very first day--the paradigm shift was that potent for me. Into the Light Healing Arts is located 200 miles north of San Francisco, in the Heart of the Lost Coast. You can drive in, boat in, or fly in to our OQ5 airport. Into the Light Healing Arts is a residential compound with private healing arts studio, hot tub and sauna, and 2 guest rooms for intensive clients. Come and be treated for the day.
